Winnebago County Planning and Zoning Committee held a meeting to accept public testimony on a zoning map amendment to reestablish county shoreland zoning in the town of Black Wolf; staff noted a Neenah resolution recommending approval, some towns did not return responses in time, and the committee set a deliberative meeting for March 9.
