The St. Pete Beach Budget & Finance Committee held a budget workshop reviewing a $218,000,000 five-year capital needs estimate and a projected general fund/capital gap. Staff outlined revenue options — fee studies, assessments, a community redevelopment area, grants and bonding — and the committee directed staff to pursue further study on several options.
