Chair (speaker 1) opened the meeting, noted a light agenda and announced a two-hour legal training delivered by Sam Edwards that will be recorded and supply two of the commission's required four annual training hours.
The Planning Commission held a meeting to consider a short consent agenda and three regular items: a revised hillside site plan for a property in Whinstone (consent), a new hillside site plan in Brentwood Hills for 1305 Robert E Lee, a revised preliminary plan to reestablish Lot 13 in Arden Wood, and a revised preliminary plan for Tiburon Section 3 that adds lots and preserves the Gunter Cemetery. The commission then moved into a scheduled legal training led by Sam Edwards.
