The board moved into executive session to discuss legal matters, personnel, particular-persons issues and student discipline; motion carried and the special meeting adjourned.
The Utica City School District board met for a special then regular session featuring a multi-organization “system of care” presentation about expanded mental-health, attendance and after-school supports; several memorial resolutions; student and partner program updates; a proposal to expand Plato credit-recovery; public comment including a complaint alleging retaliation by the superintendent; and routine business including audit and budget notices.
