Mayor Tyler Moore administered the oath of office at a Kokomo Police Department ceremony where three new officers — Jacob McKay, Braden Moomaw and Ethan Radcliffe — were introduced, heard brief remarks from city and department leaders, and participated in prayers and the recitation of the law-enforcement code of ethics.
