Collin County Commissioner’s Court opened a public hearing on a proposed update to the county thoroughfare plan, heard roughly two hours of public comment about alignments and property impacts, received a transportation update from the county’s engineering director, and voted 4–0 to approve the revised thoroughfare plan with the expectation that some alignments will be refined later with TxDOT and follow-up studies.
