Glenn Wizoric, an engineer at the Ann Arbor Water Treatment Plant, presented an update on the Barton Dam Security Improvements Project, describing a negotiated fencing boundary approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission that preserves public access to the right embankment and nearby river amenities; the city plans to begin work later this summer and finish this calendar year.
