Scofield Planning and Zoning Commission met March 7, 2026. The commission elected Ron Warren as chair, reviewed a site plan and referred it to the County Building Department, and voted to recommend reducing the Table 4 maximum building height from 30 feet to 27 feet for fire-safety reasons; several procedural items and an RV ordinance review were scheduled for follow up.
