The City of Erie Historic Review Commission held its regular monthly meeting to consider landmark nominations for the Foreman Block (1013–1015 State Street) and the William and Mary Spencer House (519 West 6th Street); both nominations were found to have reasonable cause and the commission voted to recommend both to city council. The commission also discussed the Erie Municipal Building National Register nomination, a $25,000 grant RFP for firehouse documentation, and a staff title change to Cultural Resource Manager.
