At its Dec. 1, 2025 regular meeting, the Fayette County Board of Commissioners approved routine bills and a series of budget adjustments and transfers, accepted an amended official certificate of estimated resources, authorized a three-year contract with Maximus Consulting for cost allocation plans, and approved a $2.50-per-day increase to prisoner housing rates effective Jan. 1, 2026.
