Fayette County Board of Commissioners met Jan. 5, 2026, and unanimously approved the annual appropriation resolution and a set of transfers, advances and contracts, adopted procedural resolutions for the county engineer, approved a child-welfare MOU, entered an executive session on threatened litigation related to the water plant, and adjourned.
