Kenai Peninsula Borough Planning Commission reviewed multiple land-use items April 27, 2026, and voted unanimously to recommend several easement vacations, lease agreements (including a GCI communications lease in Beluga and a competitive lease for a Beluga material site), the conveyance of five borough parcels to the City of Homer for stormwater work, and a reauthorization of a past Sterling conveyance to DOT.
