City and firefighter representatives met to review a draft collective-bargaining proposal covering pay raises, step and entry-rate changes, comp-time/overtime adjustments to align with FLSA, vacation sellback and accrual changes, uniform allowances, and proposals to explore a health-care trust; staff estimated budget variances and workforce impacts and the parties agreed to schedule a follow-up next week.
