At its meeting the Solano consolidated oversight board unanimously approved two successor-agency items: an amendment to Suisun City’s Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule adding $9,304 in interest for a marina loan, and an amendment allowing the City of Vacaville to assume lease obligations and exercise a purchase option for a portion of 551 Davis Street. The board set its next meeting for 2026-01-08 at 9:00 a.m.
