At its May 4, 2026 meeting, the Economic Development Authority approved a $72,065 loan to cover a Met Council sewer availability charge (SAC) for Hyper Kids, an indoor play facility planned for 10985 Ulysses Street. Staff said the loan — 3% interest over three years funded from the EDA Strategic Initiative Fund — would be repaid and, if necessary, the SAC could be assessed to the property.
