Erie Town Council heard public comment on volunteer-run school events, approved the Spring Hill preliminary plat with conditions, considered (but did not approve) a rezoning for a small neighborhood commercial site in Canyon Creek, updated rules allowing manufactured homes as accessory dwelling units, and adopted updated electrical/energy/fire codes with minor scrivener corrections.
