The Huron County Board of Commissioners met July 1, 2025, and approved routine claims, several contracts and personnel actions, voted to place two renewal levies on the Nov. 4 ballot (one for mental health/addiction services, one for developmental disabilities), accepted opioid settlement terms and heard an extended discussion with public health officials about septic permitting, staffing and ODH enforcement.
