Douglas County Board of Commissioners heard lengthy public comment and a presentation from the Old Courthouse Museum board asking for a new lease; the board agreed to put a museum-lease request on tomorrow's agenda. Other items included grant extensions, a proposed multi-use trail IGA, workforce-housing bond requests, an annexation/residential rezoning request, several contracts and a multi-item merit-code proposal.
