The Huntington Beach Planning Commission heard a public hearing and approved a conditional use permit and mitigated negative declaration for a two-building warehouse project at 7600 Redondo Circle with added conditions on nighttime truck operations; the commission also approved a 18-unit Pierce & Green condominium project with an increased 5-foot front-yard wall per the design-review recommendation.
