Commissioners accepted a donated Charters of Freedom display and approved up to $40,000–$60,000 to install it (and asked staff to seek a second set); they approved the 392‑lot River Park master plan with phased infrastructure and tabled the 104‑lot Milwood Ranch master plan to July 14 for further review of utilities and road access.
