Grand Forks County Commission met to receive presentations from the Red River Joint Water Resource District and ambulance providers, discuss mill-levy consolidation and pilot tax incentives, approve several routine items and contracts, and adopt a policy banning residential tax-incentive pilot agreements effective immediately.
