The Rancho Cordova Planning Commission approved a major design review for the Rio Del Oro Business Park, a three-building speculative industrial project totaling about 252,730 square feet of warehouse space and about 26,000 square feet of accessory office. The commission added a condition to raise the proposed 8-foot CMU screen wall to 10 feet and asked staff/applicant to revisit the accent color; the motion passed 6-0.
