The Lakeland District board met in workshop to review draft negotiated agreement language, bargaining representation and logistics, salary-schedule placement, benefits (including prorating benefits for part-time certified staff), dual-credit compensation, class-size policy references, leave policies and workday/prep-time language; the board scheduled follow-up work before upcoming negotiations.
