The Madera City Council met May 6, 2026. Council heard a first reading of an ordinance to set a commercial exterior paint palette, approved several consent and capital items including a Raymond Road contract award, adopted a landscape/lighting engineers report and created an ad hoc committee to negotiate animal-control services with Madera County after the county signaled it may terminate the agreement.
