The Danbury Planning Commission met May 6, 2026. The commission approved a conditioned special-exception site plan for an automated service station and forwarded a zoning referral to allow phase 10 of the Reserve master plan to be redesignated to accommodate a future 10,000 sq ft fire station; both items will go to the zoning commission as the next step.
