Beach Haven Land Use Board heard a variance application for 431 Center Street (multiple variances including a D-FAR variance) and a separate continued subdivision/site-plan hearing for 201 2nd Street (marina). After testimony from the applicant, planner and neighbors, the board voted 7–0 to deny the FAR, height and building-coverage variances for 431 Center Street; the marina subdivision hearing was continued to July 6 with conditions on parking and fire access to be resolved.
