The Fontana Planning Commission opened, heard a staff presentation and applicant remarks on a proposed 408-unit multifamily project in the Ventana specific plan and approved the project by a 5-0 vote; commissioners offered tributes to the late Grant Ward and closed the meeting in his honor.
