Ocean Shores Freshwaterways Advisory Board met May 4 to discuss aquatic weed removal logistics, potential treatments for cyanobacteria (including bioaugmentation pellets, ultrasonic devices and aeration options), coordination with public works on a Vactor truck and planning a carp tournament. Board and public works staff described next steps, permitting needs and outreach to the parks board.
