The Brentwood City Commission reviewed consent items (software, pavement marking, FEMA-related work and server licenses), heard a presentation on a voluntary annexation of about 77 acres on the west side of Hillsborough Road, discussed an ethics complaint filed against the city attorney, reviewed a veterans monument concept and fundraising plan, and considered proposed infill/stormwater rules to address teardown-rebuild impacts in older neighborhoods.
