At its April 28, 2026 regular session, the Wood County Board of County Commissioners approved a batch of routine resolutions (including facility contracts, licensing purchases and a fairgrounds rental), discussed a possible plan to double the homestead exemption and owner-occupancy tax credit pending fiscal impact information from the Auditor, and entered executive session to consider a property purchase.
