President Campisi called the meeting to order, confirmed a quorum and turned the meeting over to Dr. Bollinger for opening exercises; students from Robert E. Lee High School led the pledges and performed music.
At its May 2026 regular meeting, the Goose Creek CISD Board heard public comments about student safety and grievance procedures, received presentations on a $50,000 superintendent campus-connection proposal (including a classroom auto-lock pilot), teacher incentive allotment (TIA) designations and a data-upload error, benefits/return to TRS Medical, and the district's budget outlook. The board approved DOI amendments, a multi-item consent agenda and several personnel items.
