At its May 11, 2021 recessed meeting, the Yanceyville Town Council unanimously approved a conditional rezoning for 437 Main Street to allow a multifamily therapeutic treatment facility with site-specific restrictions, reappointed Mayor Alvin Foster to the Caswell Economic Development Commission, authorized a proclamation for a local resident’s 100th birthday and held a closed session for personnel and attorney-client consultation.
