Brookfield Plan Commission met April 13, 2026, and unanimously approved several development and signage requests, including a sign variance for Gordon’s #1, approval of a proposed Reserve 2 mixed-use redevelopment at 450 N. Sunny Slope Road (subject to Common Council action), an addition to The Ponds athletic facility, a minor revision for Congregational Home site work, and a variance for the Brookfield Public Market main sign.
