The Senate Natural Resources & Energy Committee reviewed a revised draft of H727 (data center large-load service contract rules), debated curtailment priority language, virtual power plant and energy-transformation payment provisions, reporting and confidentiality, and minimum contract lengths; no vote was taken and the committee requested a new draft and to revisit the bill tomorrow.
