The City of Loudon Regional Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals met to consider a rezoning recommendation for 605 Mulberry Street and several variance requests; the planning body recommended rezoning to an industrial district and the appeals board approved two variances and tabled a third. Long-serving commissioners announced resignations and a new appointee, Rachel Rendon, was introduced.
