The Williams County commissioners approved minutes, the agenda, payment of bills and several short-term contracts and transfers; staff and an OSU delegation discussed space needs, possible grant-funded kitchen training and potential relocation of county programs. A commissioner asked whether the county is paying utilities for a tenant (Steve Fortner); staff will follow up.
