At its Dec. 1, 2025 regular meeting, the Alliance City Council approved a Community Improvement Fund (Resolution 072-25), several property replats and a fair-housing services contract, heard a public comment flagging gaps in building inspection records, and set housing/infill as a top council priority. The council also went into executive session on property and personnel matters and adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
