The subcommittee reviewed three construction/bid packages for Capitol acoustics, mechanical work and a broadcast studio and agreed to move packages toward public bidding; received updates on the new civics lab, exterior wayfinding maps damaged in a windstorm, niche lighting and exhibit closeout; discussed a draft MOU to govern Capital Square funds and the committee’s transition into a governance body.
