At its April 27, 2026 regular meeting, the Franklin City Commission discussed on-street parking and several general-government items, referred a small‑lot affordable housing pilot to planning and zoning for public hearing, approved contract and funding items, ratified a new city attorney contract, received an investigator's report clearing Planning Director Carter Mundy and reinstated him, and completed personnel actions before adjourning.
