At a Department of Public Health advisory meeting, the panel voted to recommend reinstatement of optician Daniel Delisle’s Connecticut license after he agreed to complete two missing continuing-education credits. The meeting also opened with a roll call and a brief introduction of Liz Bannon as the agency’s new deputy legal director.
