At its May 6, 2026 board session in Salem, the Marion County Board of Commissioners removed from the agenda a proposed interdepartmental agreement with the district attorney’s office for mental-health case management pending contract language changes, approved several proclamations, and authorized multiple contracts and purchase orders including a $3.69 million paving contract and a $2.0 million purchase order for youth behavioral services.
