The Vallejo Surveillance Advisory Board met to review its work plan, create ad hoc committees for community engagement and audit policy, agendize a review of generative AI and AI-enabled features for future consideration, and hear a public comment strongly opposing facial recognition. The Vallejo Police Department described available audit capabilities for Flock and other technologies but said it has not yet run independent audits of those systems.
