Council approved minutes and the Finance Director's September report, heard a presentation from the interim director of the Huron County Mental Health and Addiction Board about a levy renewal on the Nov. 4 ballot, and received routine city operations updates including hydrant flushing, Kiddie Land progress, and a forthcoming vacancy in the Park and Recreation Director position.
