Waterford City Council held its March 2026 meeting, moving an election-item public hearing to the start of the agenda and conducting the fourth public hearing on adopting district-based elections (three draft maps). The council eliminated a third (“purple”) map and will return to decide between the green and orange maps; the meeting also adopted three zoning ordinances and approved midyear budget adjustments.
