The Parks and Recreation Commission reviewed and voted to recommend a three-year memorandum of understanding (MOU) between Red Bluff Little League and the City of Red Bluff that would allow the league to maintain and exclusively use a baseball diamond during the March 15–July 25 season for a $500 fee; commissioners also heard staff updates on parks projects, a $5,000 grant for park rehabilitation and an upcoming Rio Street sewer project.
