The Alabama Bureau of Pardons and Paroles met Aug. 14, 2025, in Montgomery to hear parole and pardon cases, approve minutes, withdraw an arrest authorization and consider a daily docket of paroles, pardons and revocations. The board denied many parole requests, granted several paroles and pardons (often with conditions), and approved withdrawing an Authorization of Arrest for Forrest Cantrell.
