The City of Neptune Beach City Council on May 4, 2026 approved a development plan, variance and special-exception for a proposed Fifth Third Bank at 626 Atlantic Boulevard, adopted two ordinances (an easement/abandonment code change and a FY2025–26 budget amendment authorizing a vehicle purchase and interfund transfer), and discussed preliminary property-value estimates for potential relocation of city hall and the police department.
