Chair Greg Young (chair) called the remote May 2026 meeting to order at 6 p.m., read remote meeting procedures under the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law and described how public comment will be taken via phone and Zoom. He asked staff and commissioners to identify themselves for the record.
The Town of Northborough Conservation Commission held its May 2026 remote meeting to review multiple notices of intent, continued hearings, enforcement matters and conservation programs. The commission approved orders of conditions for several residential projects (including waivers for 1 Lyman Street), allowed an enforcement-driven restoration at 35 Solomon Pond Road to begin before a DEP file number was issued, and agreed to seek third-party review for a large wetland fill at 15 Settlers Road.
