The St. Louis City Budget & Public Employees Committee heard FY27 budget presentations from the Board of Election Commissioners, the Streets Department (including towing, traffic & lighting, and refuse divisions) and the airport; major topics included staffing changes, equipment needs, snow-event metrics, a large paving request that received no proposed funding, refuse facility repairs and a potential terminal consolidation at the airport.
