The Coldwater Historic District Commission approved a certificate of appropriateness for signage at 22 West Pearl Street and approved removal of a rear shed at 10 South Monroe Street with conditions to return with materials in June; the commission also discussed preparing design guidelines and pursuing an October grant to fund that work.
